"Very easy to work with. Listened to what I wanted and kept within budget. Very knowledgeable of the products Trex carries. I talked to several other companies and received bids for the same product. Found out that Decks Unlimited was the subcontractor for one of the big box companies. I have a familiarity with residential construction, and unlike other companies, they didn't try to BS me. Again, unlike others, did not try to up sell me. L Very pleased with their work. They worked well within my HOA constraints. Just had an issue with clean up after the work was done, but I honestly believe it was because of weather, which put them behind schedule on other jobs. Who would have thought we would have rain and snow in the same week that late in the spring? I would highly recommend them."

Very professional, super pleasant, unbelievably creative with layout/design, on time and completed the entire job in one day. They worked until 7:30 PM to finish the job. I could not be more pleased. The crew was so patient and moved several plants around because I changed my mind - a few times :) They added top soil, weed barrier fabric, and mulch. They also did a great job with finding the perfect place of large stone that I inherited from my parents - which they were extremely careful with, and the landscape bricks for a walkway between my vinyl fence. I love walking around and looking at my beautiful landscape. I would highly recommend them."

John (sales rep) liked the plans but made several recommendations that I really liked and brought the job up to the next level. I could tell he was extremely knowledgeable, gave me a two year warranty on everything and had the best 5 star reviews. He spent time with the job supervisor explaining everything that was to be done and I'm thrilled with the results.
