"Rick is a true pro in storm door installation. He was done with the door in less than an hour and installed perfect. I have never met a nicer man in the home improvement industry. I bet he can install a storm door in his sleep. The salesperson at the big box store was going to send out a guy to measure the door frame and they charged $35, and he never showed up. I found Rick on Angie and had an install date the next week, He even picked up the door for me. Forget the store installation and call Rick. The price was far less than the store quote also. BTW I got my $35 back as they never showed up. Bye far the best experience in my 60 some years on this planet."

"We highly recommend JA Drywall. They are the best contractors we have used in the South Jersey area! We used them for a large job to frame, drywall, spackle and trim the attic plus fit doors for storage spaces. "When American Jewel installed the door I gave them A grades as I thought they did an excellent job.  But after using the door for a few weeks I noticed the dead bolt didn't close completely, but only about 2/3, and also noticed the screen door was no longer aligned properly, so although it closed and looked right, the door was slightly off and it would no longer lock.  I called American Jewel and they scheduled the installer to return and make the minor corrections.  The installer did not show up.  When I called American Jewel again, they did not return my calls. I complained to Angie's List, and via their complaint resolution process American Jewel contacted me.  They were very apologetic and attributed it to a mix up, accepted responsibility and sent the installer to my home to make the minor corrections.  I would use American Jewel again, despite this hiccup, as my wife and I like the door they installed, feel we received excellent value, and ultimately American Jewel followed through on the minor problems I described and corrected them all."
