"I recently had my house leveled and the fireplace and chimney were moved 0.9 inches up. I requested to have the interior of the chimney videoed and inspected after cleaning. This was agreed to. The guy videoed the damper area and the top 0f the chimney with his cell phone. That was done only so he could charge me more for the cleaning. Note my chimney has a cap on it. He tore a hole in the screen to put his cleaning cable driven by a portable power drill. with a collapsible whip cleaning tool on the end. As far as I could tell no inspection was performed and I do not think he was qualified to perform and inspection. The video via cell phone was very unsatisfactory. For this service I was charged $399.00 He was the only one that responded to my Anges List request. The last time I got an excellent job done for less by a professional and unfortunately he is no longer in business. "Critter control did an amazing job treating our house for pests. We just moved into a more rural area and wanted an indoor/outdoor bug spray that was safe for babies and pets. "Dennis contacted me the same day I purchased the deal for a roof inspection and set up an appointment for the following morning.  He showed up with his workers on time and provided me with pictures of their findings.  Luckily I didn't have any missing shingles, but he did point out hail damage on the roof.  He informed me that I should be good for now, but that I should have the roof inspected again after the next hail storm for possible roof replacement and that he was familiar with filing insurance claims if it came down to that.  He did not try to sell me on services I didn't need.  Overall, good experience.

"The initial estimation was very through and descriptive.  Was very patient and helpful when my choice of color was rejected by the HOA and had to resubmit.  Crew was very polite and did a great job. ( They even cleaned up my dog's mess in the back yard - sorry...)  The owner personally followed up and did walk through inspection after the work was completed, and offered to repair the chimney damage ( due to aging )  that his crew discovered while installing the roof.
Very honest and I was able to trust them from the beginning to the completion.  I would recommend this company to all my friends.
