He and Mark, the other owner, were great to work with and did a great job of communicating throughout the process which included a slight delay due to paint shortages because of the pandemic which is understandable. Mark even gave me recommendations on color and paint type to ensure I was getting the proper finish and color that I was looking for. For the actual project, Henry was the lead and power washed the house about a week prior to starting on the painting. Henry was great... punctual, efficient and did quality work. All told, it took about 2 full days for a crew of 2 to prep and paint our house and we're thrilled with the results. Henry was also a very good sport about my OCD in finding spots that needed to be touched up and did it all with a great attitude and smile on his face. I grew up as one of those kids who loved tools and taking stuff apart and putting it back together and started my career off at Home Depot at the age of 18 where I ended up being promoted and managing the paint department there. I trained under an extremely skilled contractor for about a decade before he retired and he left me with the skills ,knowledge and the accounts to be able to continue the work he had trained me to do at fair prices. I take pride in my work and not try to sell people stuff that they don't need. "Great job with estimate, responsiveness, quality of product.  What soured the work was the damage that was done to my gutters while installing the screens on the exterior upstairs windows.  They were professional enough to come out and look at the damage that was done, however they continued to blame the damage that was done to the gutters on the quality of the gutters and the way that they were installed on the house. They even questioned the age of the gutters.  They had just been installed brand new two months prior.   It was clear that there were deep indentations on the aluminum gutters where the ladder had been placed on it during the installation.  The came out and "repaired" the damages and banged out the dents, but it remains noticeable.  No discount on work done for the damage was offered nor did they offer to replace the gutters."
