"Summary: Very responsive and reasonably priced repair service. Great option if you are trying to avoid replacing an expensive older appliance. Our 20 year-old double oven stopped functioning. I went through a bunch of companies to consider but Apex has great reviews. Tyler came and quickly opened the oven. He pointed out that control board was most likely the culprit and replacing it would give several years of life especially since there were no moving parts. A common problem is that these parts are no longer manufactured. He found a company in Austin that fixed these parts. He gave an estimate of $300 to fix the part and about 2 weeks to get it back. A week later he came by with the part and installed it. Tyler is great , unassuming and very reasonable.
