"Rental house with two single garage doors. Tenant called last night to say one wasn't working. Went out this morning to check doors and found one with a bad motor and the other with one spring broken. Called Chris at C&C and explained what I saw. He gave me an estimate over the phone for a spring and one motor. I told him that both motors were pretty old and asked if he could give me a discount if he went ahead and replaced the one that was still working also. He said he would check that motor and let me know and that he could be out within three hours. He was there within two hours, checked everything and called me back. He offered a nice discount on the second motor, so I opted to go ahead and have both motors replaced along with replacing the bad spring. He was done before the end of the day. The tenant was really happy, and I was too!"
