"Excellent communication. Arrived on time. He would not wire the water heater, so we did the wiring to the breaker box ourselves. He did a great job with the install to the tub. He also fixed a leak he discovered for another $150+. The entire project was very expensive, but I got two estimates and they were the same - but the other estimate included the wiring."

"Water heater had a serious leak and there was no early signs of a problem, just a wet basement one morning. Paul's Plumbing called immediately after I contacted Home Advisor. He asked a couple of questions about the water heater (size, model), went to purchase the new heater, and a two-man team showed up to install the same day. I was impressed and the price seemed very reasonable. I recommend Paul's Plumbing for similar service."

"Is man the technician was helpful in assisting me select the correct water heater and did the installation all in the same day...he's personable, efficient and very professional..answered at my questions. Customer service was great assisting me to complete the loan application. ARS also installed a new AC system in July."

"Had some delays in starting the project due to the windstorm and other unforeseen issues on the company's end, but once Alex and Travis showed up it was awesome! They installed the ceiling fans promptly. In addition, they repaired an outlet that the builder improperly wired AND they replaced an outside light sensor that was not working - free of charge. They were polite, professional and skilled. Great experience."

"Excellent service they responded to my request for a possible water leak and to flush my water heater. They were very reasonable in their estimate and I decided to hire them for the job. Very fast and professional in completing the job. Will contact them again for estimate in the future."

"Outstanding response to failed water heater on Sunday afternoon. While water was now heating, noted a leak in the heater which would result in a future failure. I chose to replace the water heater. Mr. Thurston had the same item in stock. Delivered new and replaced the old heater in less than two hours total."

"Valve was replaced and he also tightened another valve, which was dripping slowly, and it stopped dripping. Plumber was very helpful and knowledgeable."
