He showed and explained to me about needing a water filtration system next to well water pump because sand and dirt is getting through, clogging water pipes. He also found the Rheem on demand water heater the previous owner installed is not powerful enough, so I'm having him come back to replace and install those."

They assigned a 4 hour window for our service. However, they have a text system that alert us when Albert was en route which makes it very efficient for me to plan my time. Albert was here on-time and was courteous. He seemed to be very familiar with our refrigerator. In the past, we've had technicians who seemed a bit stumped as we have an LG. He had the part on his truck and was able to fix it onsite (involved having to unload the freezer and clean out the ice as the fan access was inside in the back of the freezer). He left the work area clean and was out within about 45 minutes. I also got a text with my receipt, Alberts picture, and all the details of the job. "This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."
