"Phil and his crew were terrific. Phil came on a Saturday (within one day of my inquiry) and completed the job on Monday. My back porch was sagging because of the broken pipe, so Phil brought in concrete blocks to prop it up temporarily until I can have it repaired. Great work, and concerned about my safety. "They arrived promptly, and got right to work. They maintained a good work pace. If they encountered a minor obstacle, they informed me and gave me my options. They cleaned up the area very well before leaving. The company that cleaned up the debris left on plastic sheeting on the lawn did a poor job (it was a contracted hauling service). I called High Tech and they were out very quickly to clean up the mess, and even offered to put sod where the grass might have been exposed to concrete dust and other particles. They were friendly and professional. Their sales person seemed very honest and seemed to bend over backwards to please me. I would recommend them to a close relative, friend, or neighbor in a heart-beat!"

"Jason and team did a great job.  Jason came out within a day or two from my initial email and we discussed all the options/services they provided (liner, concrete, crack repair, and spray foam insulation.  I really appreciated how he discussed the pros and cons of each solution and his low pressure style.
ABC Crawlspaces prices were the the lowest of all the bids I got and I was even told by other insulation companies if I could get closed cell insulation for that cost that I should go for it.  The best thing was their service and quality of work.  It is rare to find a company that has fair prices and good service, but ABC Crawlspaces is one of those companies.  We are very happy with all they did for us and our basement is much more usable and the air quality has improved dramatically.  Thank you Jason!"

"The initial scheduling should have been taken as a warning. The scheduler wanted to schedule an appointment according their staff's schedule. An appointment was made after Memorial Day but the company cancelled at the last minute. Another appointment was made, and the technician did not show up nor call to cancel. After finally getting someone to come out, the technician placed a coating of material inside the crack. The crack reappeared after a heavy rain in less than 6 months. Over a period of 2 months, Concrete Correctors was contacted by phone, e-mail, and text requesting an appointment for the technician to return to assess the problem. I received an e-mail requesting my address in October 2017. A follow up text was sent 11/1/17. As of today, I have received no reply for to schedule a visit. According to Angie's List, the work is supposed to be under warranty. However, I have been unable to reach anyone from the company."

His work & attention to detail is absolutely first rate. John Bush Concrete removed my asphalt driveway and concrete front stoop & walkway and replaced with concrete aggregate. John and his son were here every day sometimes working in the rain doing prep work when rain prohibited pouring concrete. I priced another company whose work I had seen while working. John's price was almost $1000.00 under the estimate I received from that company. We are extremely please with the job and price from John Bush Concrete.
