"Tim promptly reached out and set up an estimate appt for replacing my sump pump system. Was very informative and explained the recommended job details well and clearly. Seemed fairly priced compared to other quotes. Was on time for install appt, explained the system and showed me the sensors/light functions. Exceeded expectations. Would recommend Tim/Drains Inc to family and friends."

"Drains R Us understood the importance of our issue and showed up within an acceptable timeframe. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any drainage, and or sewer issues."

"The basement had an awful sewage smell and the water from the basement washing machine, sinks, and toilet wasn't flowing into the ejector pump pit to be pumped out into the overhead sewer. Water had also backed up into the laundry room. J & S came the next day, inspected line with camera, and did a rod of the sewer line. The main pipe under the basement foundation was clogged bad; however, J & S opened the line and fixed the problem. The employees (Daniel, Jorge, and Rosalio) were on time, very professional, and cleaned before leaving. Daniel also pointed out some other sewer/plumbing issues that he recommended be fixed in the future (with-out being pushy). I would recommend this company after my experience with them."

"All Affordable Plumbing was great to work with. They address my primary issue which was an issue with the plumbing in the basement. Secondly, I had mentioned to them that I will be doing a kitchen remodel project in the near future and that I will need to have the drain relocated. What they did was stage the area in prepapration for that project, so that there will be minimal work for when I start that project and have the sink in the new location. Lastly, they were very organized and professional with their work. Also, they left the area cleaner than what I presented to them"

"We are new homeowners and had a hole in our septic tank made of concrete block, which was sending wastewater into the foundation/basement of the home. It was my first time using Angie's List, and I would recommend Illinois Sewer and Drain to anyone. Joe and his team of experts solved our issue immediately at an affordable price. They even went above and beyond to install a sump pump in our basement to help with the rain water. Quality work!!"

"They were professional, took a look at the catch basin and rodded it to get water flowing. Unfortunately the camera showed a lot of roots and the basin has a retainer wall issue. So more work is needed, however they didn't pressure me to do the work now, walked me through the different options to fix and only charged me for the original Angie's list deal to rodd the line. I would hire them again, and just may to do the other work."

"Carlos the owner was prompt in contacting me and providing an estimate. The next day, I decided to schedule an appt with him and was able to get one for later in the day. Chris arrived exactly on time and proceeded to complete the work in a very professional manner. Price was as quoted, service was prompt and I will definitely hire them again for other plumbing and sewer needs."

"Rey was fast to respond, did an excellent job and I am so pleased I chose him to do the rough install for moving water pipes and drain pipes for my bathroom remodel. He completed the job in just a couple of hours and helped us move on with our project."
