"The previous sewer company claimed my sewer line was completely blocked after "their attempts" rodding and jetting the line. Their solution was the need to excavate and replace a new section of sewer pipe, which also would tear apart part of my driveway. Since it wasn't an emergency yet, I wanted a second opinion. Luckily, I turned to Angi's list and reached out for another quote. Tim responded promptly & was confident to try and see what's going on, first with his camera and then using a very small claw which could open up the line. Fortunately he was honest and right as he got thru the blockage and proceeded to use larger claws to fully rod out and clean the entire sewer line to the street, saving me a small fortune along with the aggravation dealing with the possible need of excavation and replacement of the sewer line. I would well recommend his services and will continue to have him service my sewer line. Thank you Angi's list and Tim from DRAINS INC. !"

"The basement had an awful sewage smell and the water from the basement washing machine, sinks, and toilet wasn't flowing into the ejector pump pit to be pumped out into the overhead sewer. Water had also backed up into the laundry room. J & S came the next day, inspected line with camera, and did a rod of the sewer line. The main pipe under the basement foundation was clogged bad; however, J & S opened the line and fixed the problem. The employees (Daniel, Jorge, and Rosalio) were on time, very professional, and cleaned before leaving. "Leon was amazing! We had another company out a few days prior to look at our backed up drain pipe. When they arrived, they told us that the c/o pipe had to be installed outside of the house in order for them to rout and flush. They said our crawl space where the inside c/o pipe was, was not accessible, basically leaving us with no other option than a $4,700 estimate to install the c/o pipe. We wanted a second opinion.
