"Where to begin. Mike called to set up an appointment within 5 minutes of me hitting the submit key. He came out that day and gave us the estimate to replace our roof. This was on a Tuesday and by the following Thursday our new roof was installed. Bradford Xteriros's installers are very professional and did an excellent job. Jason came out the day after the work was complete and inspected the job his crew did. Extremely happy with the installation and followup. They did a very thourough clean up after the job was completed."

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."

"

Moved to a new house and the water was yellow and stinky due to rust and hardness. Called Glaser Softwater and despite the owner being on vacation, they still took immediate action and had a rust remover and water softener installed within a few days. We’ve had water softeners in the past but Glaser has proven to be the best by far! Our water went from yellow and nasty to the best water we've ever had. I can personally attest that  there is a BIG difference amongst water softeners and Glaser Softwater systems are AMAZING! I would give them my best recommendation not only for a superior product but also for professionalism and excellent customer service.

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
