He spent time with me analyzing the problems and explaining everything to me in great detail in a way I could understand. We were able to arrive at a plan to fix the immediate problems right away and then to address some other issues in subsequent visits. He, his assistant Paul, and another gentleman named Joe were absolutely wonderful. They THOROUGHLY snaked my drains and the sewer line better than anyone else every has. They were here for 2 hours instead of 30 minutes like other companies I had called in the past.
