"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "MDL Electric was a great Angie's List find! My tenant's washer stopped working in the middle of a load. I also needed to have 2 breakers and 6 GFI outlets replaced. Spoke to Miguel at 1:30 this afternoon. He was able to get a technician over there in about 30 minutes. He explained all that needed to be done and, less than 3 hours later, the work was finished and everything was left neat and clean! Very prompt and professional. Now THAT’s customer service! "Servicing was performed on time within the 1 hour timeline given. An email was also sent just prior to their arrival with the name on the individual performing the service. The Service lasted about 45 minutes. The filter was changed, the air handler ( in attic) was checked for clogging in the tray and was kicked on to ensure unit was working properly. The condensing unit was pressure checked for proper refrigerant level and the unit was brushed, washed and cleaned both outside and inside the unit. The shutoff was also checked and cleaned ( it was full of dead bees from last season). The service was part of a contract to clean and service but AC and furnace."
