"Ken did an excellent job with our master bathroom remodel. He was kind, courteous, and a very skilled craftsman. I had purchased most of the supplies necessary to do the job. However, I made a few errors and Ken explained why the parts were incorrect and helped me to purchase the necessary parts to complete the job. We really appreciated a job well done! "Working with Dwayne was a wonderful experience. He communicated really well and came out to give an estimate promptly. After the estimate he stayed in touch and gave me an install day. When the installation occurred, the workers were prompt, attentive to detail, pleasant, and professional. They were also neat and cleaned up after themselves. After having bad experiences with other contractors it was great to finally find a contractor with ethics who provides quality workmanship. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
