Get matched with top walk in tub installers and replacers in Rutherfordton, NC

"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"Very prompt in coming out and measuring and letting us pick out what we wanted. They couldn't do the floor, only around the tub and in the shower. They would not remove the old tile (which was in excellent condition, just outdated) wanted to use the acrylic and cover it up! I didn't like that idea and also didn't like the look. The price was outrageous, wanted over $12,000 just to cover up. I found a tile guy who did both bathrooms (removed the old tile down to the studs) including floors, with rich, durable porcelain tile. He also installed insert boxes in both and a seat in the shower. We did both bathrooms from top to bottom including replacing fixtures, sinks, cabinet tops, commodes, etc. for $2,000 LESS. Yes, it did take longer but the finish product is no comparison. I would not recommend this company, it pays to shop around!"

"I wouldn't hesitate to call on these guys again! They are the most professional and efficient company out there! They have done such beautiful work and I am so happy and pleased with the job they have done. They went above and beyond my expectations. If you need a job done in a professional way, there's no need to look any other place than T&G Building & Remodeling....they are the best!!! Thanks guys! Verna A."

"Fabulous job on an add-on screened-in porch extension of concrete patio from small slab, shingled, added beautifully to the back of the house as if it were part of the original build. Extended patio also has a beautiful built-in firepit. The crews were great to work with. would hire again."

"We couldn’t be happier with our new flooring! From start to finish, the entire job was done wonderfully. The workmanship was excellent, everything was done with great attention to detail, and the finished floors look absolutely beautiful. Will worked hard, he was professional, and took pride in making sure everything was done right. The difference in our home is incredible—it looks completely transformed! We highly recommend will to anyone looking for quality flooring work. Beautiful work, excellent service, and a job truly well done"

"It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."

"Ken did an excellent job with our master bathroom remodel. He was kind, courteous, and a very skilled craftsman. I had purchased most of the supplies necessary to do the job. However, I made a few errors and Ken explained why the parts were incorrect and helped me to purchase the necessary parts to complete the job. We really appreciated a job well done! I have a few more projects ahead and Ken's the man for the job. Thanks Ken at Performance Contracting!"

"All work was completed as expected. Costs were reasonable and as expected. Bid came in better than competitor."

"Working with Dwayne was a wonderful experience. He communicated really well and came out to give an estimate promptly. After the estimate he stayed in touch and gave me an install day. When the installation occurred, the workers were prompt, attentive to detail, pleasant, and professional. They were also neat and cleaned up after themselves. After having bad experiences with other contractors it was great to finally find a contractor with ethics who provides quality workmanship. It was a very positive experience and I?ll be hiring them for future jobs. Highly recommend!"

"I was very impressed with the quality of work that was provided. They were very professional and provided high quality work in a timely manner."
