They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. "Jill provided two different floor plans for us, and was very flexible, as far as working the option of piano into the room.  She responded to several follow-up questions I had, and provided suggestions for where to locate resources.  Jill was very easy to work with, and very accommodating. However, I found the process of working with a "virtual designer" to be a bit challenging for me.  That was definitely no fault of Jill's, thought.  I would use her again, particularly if I needed help with planning a room layout.
