Unfortunately, after a few weeks and some more rain, it turned out that the door is still not fully sealed on one side. I got in touch with him since he mentioned there was a 90-day warranty. He did reply and said he would get back to me, but I haven?t heard from him since. The issue is still there, so I?ll probably have to find someone else to fix it and pay for it again."

JR recommended a torsion spring slightly longer than the original installed by the builder. The reason was that the original had snapped after only three years, and while it could have been defective, the thought was that a spring slightly larger than that recommended by the manufacturer would create a better system. He also explained to me that there was no reason to replace the other at this point and that there would be no future savings in the case I did, that I would be charged the same now as later since the second diagnostic fee would be waived. Angel performed the installation. The consummate pro, he was extremely careful and exacting in all aspects of the job. Naturally, he made certain that the tension for both the new right torsion spring and the old left torsion spring was the same. A line is drawn across the length of the torsion springs so that the rotations can be measured. Angel also answered my questions as he completed the different stages of the work. "Not reccomend. No English speaking, called fast and offered same day visit, then asked for $879 for fixing, then another $750 and we paid for it. And then another $200 otherwise they would live the garrage door like in the image which are in worse condition than when the project started. Didn't pay that $200. You dissapointed me, Angi."
