"This was for a repair to walls and a ceiling following a water leak. Had to replace the drywall in the bathroom as well as the garage and paint. The ceiling was stippled, and I was concern with getting it to match the other half of the ceiling. During the project, communication was very good and they were there when they said theyâ d be...no waiting around. Punctuality and timing are keys for me and they checked all the boxes. On the first day I was introduced to the foreman Juan, who was my point of contact. Each day It was clear what the goal for the day was. At the conclusion of the day theyâ d let me know the status, let me know what to expect the next day and would ask if I had any questions. When it came time to stipple the ceiling, Juan brought out a piece of drywall and he demonstrated different application. At one point I was good with it, but he still thought he could get it even closer. Upon completion, itâ s hard to determine what is new and what is old. They did a Great Job!! Giving stars is one way of showing your level of satisfaction, but the true measure of satisfaction in this type situation is...would you hire them again for a future project?? Without hesitation the answer is absolutely yes!! Again, great job to Rodrigo, Juan and the rest of the JR Contractors team!"

"Everything went perfectly. Ivan showed up every day on time, early, actually. We would actually go get him since we were up. He worked late everyday to make our deadline since I have limited time off. Working on a 70+ year old house can be a huge challenge and he spent hours days just making sure the framing was perfectly level, square and plumb. The results were amazing. All the tile is seamlessly tied together and has perfect flow, even around the corners. The shower system is flawless and there was zero seepage in a 24 hour leak test. I feel very confident that we will have no water issues beneath the tile in the future. He was also pleasant to work with (no creep factor) and I felt secure with him in our home. I highly recommend Ivan for any tile work. I may even offer him my business needs since we require annual ceramic tile repairs. It's probably below his skill level, but I would feel 100% confident in his work."

"the bathroom was demolished to the studs. Willy had a team for the demolish, a guy for tile, a guy to paint, and a plumber to install the faucet. really unbelievable with the transformation. the tile installed was real nice with the border. I saw the tile in Lowes and it looks a lot better in my shower than it does in the store. Willy knows his colors and he matched exactly what I described. His attention to detail is something that impressed me.  I could not be any happier how it turned out.

My mother hired Universal Lawn and Floor to help me with my yard. She said Mr. Young was very professional, kind, hard working and punctual.  She was thrilled that she found him after speaking to one of my other neighbors on recommending someone.  This neighbor said he did tile work for her and she was pleased.  Overall, excellent experience and outcome from the perspective of both my mother saying he was reasonable priced, and myself, with the beautiful yard, Mr. Young did an amazing job, it is perfect.  Thank you!!!!
