First a technician came with wrong model then another with wrong part, eventually just stopped responding completely. At the last minute, we also found out the toilet flange needed to be replaced. Again, Angi’s to the rescue and we found Augerpros. They responded fast and did the job very professionally. In 2 days since we started searching , our toilet was repaired annd new one installed. Cost was also reasonable compared to Lowes who had no customer service. Highly recommend."

More bids/estates came in much higher than theirs AND I also learned from others I could buy my own water heater and pay a plumber for insulation only.
