"I was very happy with the quality of work I got from Sr Screen.  Scott was very responsive and returned my phone calls within minutes whenever I tried to contact him.  As they were doing the work, the workmen noticed that our very old enclosure was not as sturdy as they thought so they added screws to reinforce the existing structure at no cost to us.  He also added a support beam in an area where the height changes, again without charging us.  We have two 50 lb dogs who have spent the last few months since we moved into the house, running right through all the torn screen that was already there.  I was concerned that they would continue to do so and tear the screen as soon as it was installed.  Scott assured me that the screen was strong enough to prevent the dogs from being able to tear it.  The dogs have, for the most part, gotten used to the dog door now but did try to run through the screen a few times before they were used to it.  The spline did pop out a couple of times, but the screen never tore and my husband was able to fix the problems very easily.  The clean up at the end wasn't as good as I would have expected, but the work was great and I would definitely recommend this company to others. <br />"

"Extremely good crew. Jack (the owner) and Jason (the tile installer) could not have been more punctual/responsive/professional. Whenever we had a concern or question, we got immediate response through either phone calls or texts. Good communication throughout the project. Jason was an extremely good tile-setter. I work in home-building and have seen some really shoddy work, but Jason's work was quite good. We can't give them credit for the design, as we did that ourselves, but they brought the vision together very well, and immediately understood the intent. Overall, very impressed, and would consider hiring them again for future projects."

"Found company and coupon on Angie's list for $39 plus parts. Easy to schedule and they honored the coupon. Arnold was the technician and he brought technician. Both very professional and competent. Arnold showed me significant deterioration of the bottom of the air handler box. Over 20 years old. Already knew it was past its useful life. Asked him to quote a replacement and upgrade. He submitted two products, both very competitive pricing. I ended up with the more expensive, as I want variable speed fan for energy efficiency. I did purchase the replacement and look forward to seeing this team again when it arrives. Highly recommend this company for HVAC. FYI add on Angie's says they do plumbing, which they no longer do. Also asked for price to replace exhaust, which they don't do as they say mostly electrical. So it's only a HVAC company now."
