"We researched what type of carpet we wanted and identified several possible vendors. We called each vendor to inquire about the carpeting they had, if they had the type we were seeking, and if they had carpeting on sale. A.T. Frank didn't have any carpet on sale at the time; however, the salesperson agreed to call me back when it was on sale. He did exactly that. We went to three different vendors to look at their product, talk to the sales staff, and bring home samples. Two if the three vendors sent out a sales person to measure the job. They then contacted us with estimates. We liked the carpet from A.T. Frank and decided we were not interested in the other vendors carpets. The third vendor charges for someone to come out; however, we were able to calculate what the costs would be once we knew the total yardage. While we liked their carpet, the costs were significantly higher than A.T. Frank, and they were not a local company. We chose A.T. Frank. <br /> We ordered the carpet in late May 2012; we were told the date carpet would be in. It was. We set installation dates: one for the upstairs and one for the downstairs. Each day the crew (3) came on time, worked incredibly hard, were very particular about their work, cleaned up after themselves, and vacuumed each room when it was finished. They were an exceptional hard-working team who were painstaking in doing a great job. They also treated our home and belongings with great care and respect. <br /> Throughout the entire process, our questions were answered thoroughly. Everyone we dealt with at A.T. Frank was professional, thorough, and courteous. This has been one of the best customer service experiences we have ever had. WE would highly recommend this company! <br />"
