They refinished and repaired treads on 30 year old floating staircase when others wanted to replace with new. Wood was cracked and full of nail and staple holes. They recognized the wood is high quality white oak and worth salvaging however! They are professional, responsible, considerate and detailed in their work. True craftsman who love what they do. "Dallas came to give us an estimate and preview the work. He helped us pick a color and made recommendations on the colors that would work best for the colors of our home. Nick and James came out to do the work exactly on schedule. They completed the work in a day. We had them apply additional coats of stain and texturing until we were happy with the outcome. They did this without question and stayed late into the afternoon until we were satisfied. A couple of days later the sidewalk still looked a little light to us and they came out the next day and applied additional coats until we were happy.
This was a superb experience. They did excellent work and were a dream to work with. They really bent over backwards to make us happy with the job and I can't recommend them highly enough. If I ever have another job like this or anyone is looking for a recommendation I will recommend Environmental Management in a second."
