He told me it didn't and gave me a fair quote. Marc, our technician, showed up on time, worked quietly and professionally for most of the day doing cleaning, grout repair and color sealing. When he showed me the finished work I thought I was looking at a brand new shower. This was money well spent and I'm thankful to have found them."

"They were amazing.  It was absolutely amazing.  The cost was reasonable.  They took out things that had been there for a long time.  They said it would be dry in twenty minutes and it was.  They were polite and it sounds like a fair advertising.  We built a house now that are all tiles so we don?t need them which is also wonderful.  But I would definitely recommend them very highly.  They did an incredible job.  They used non-toxic cleaning agents which was very important to us.   

The price was very reasonable and we used a coupon from a local magazine.  They were very professional.  I have no one complaint."

"Everything went perfectly. They moved all of our furniture without a scratch or problem, and even remembered where it went when they put the pieces back. They cleaned up after the job and left us with a well-vacuumed carpeted area. "I originally hired Carpet Police to clean the carpets in my house. They were the first to respond when I got on Angie's List. Somehow, Carpet Police got usurped by another company called Arizona Island. Arizona Island did a terrible job and I called Carpet Police, again, to please come and repair the bad carpet cleaning that was done. Carpet Police did as good a job as I could possible expect to fix what went wrong. Alfonso was efficient, friendly, wore his mask when he was inside and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again."
