"Scale of "Star" ratings are usually 1-5. I would give 10. From our first conversation, which Yoni replied to immediately after I requested a quote, to the very last day, the communication was constant, keeping me up to date on schedules, arrival times and the process of the work. Professional, impeccable work, going above and beyond. I am so grateful to have found Quality 1 Restoration and would recommend this company (Yoni and everyone who worked with him) highly. I never thought I would be "okay" with the thought of having a mold issue, and now I know I have someone to count on. Best find!!"

"I had no idea what to do or how to go about getting rid of the mold in my older home. Mark answered my inquiry quickly & was out to inspect my home within a couple days, he is very knowledgeable and helpful with options on how to rid my mold issues. I highly recommend Mark & TCB."

"Professional and extremely knowledgeable about mold. Answered questions thoroughly so that I as a lay person could understand."

"He didn't charge to come out and give the estimate. He never did send me a written estimate. I asked for one. Compared to the other company, he was overpriced. He was a nice man and he came out quickly. The consultation part was fine."

"Marshall was excellent to work with and I highly recommend this company! Our builder installed our master shower wrong, which caused the damage that can be seen in the pictures and soon as Marshall was called out, he began to get to work immediately since we were obviously concerned with all the mold growth that had happened. He brought in a specialist to test the type of mold and the air quality in our house so we didn’t have to worry about breathing this nasty stuff in. He was in constant communication with us during the entire process and came out once per day to check the progress of the remediation. From start to finish, we started the remediation process on Friday morning and by Monday morning with daily checks from Marshall, he was able to take his equipment back and complete the job. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable!!"
