Even though it wasn't a whole new roofing job, he was immediately working to fix the problem, even calling our insurance adjuster to help us. Alex not only returned calls right away and answered all my questions, but also promptly got his crew out to our house to fix our roof. They were quick, thorough, and professional and didn't charge a penny more than the original quote (even though there were a couple of extra unexpected details needed).
