"By February 2012, less than a year after installation, I begin to have problems. So I called Mt Everest, and they come and fix things here and there, and I don't think much of it because other than the inconvenience of occasionally being too hot, it's not costing me too much money. =) Here are some of the receipts I could find... Mt. Everest - 2/16/12 - $194.12 Mt. Everest - 2/17/12 - $0.00 Mt. Everest - 2/18/12 - $0.00 --new company name-- Tiger - 1/22/13 - $210.00 (Became Club Member) Tiger - 8/16/13 - $0.00 Tiger - 5/16/14 - $0.00 (Waived/Warranty) Fast forward to October 2015, a little over four years after installation, I have a coolant leak somewhere that can't seem to get fixed, and Tiger has to keep recharging my "closed" system... the only difference is now I have to start paying for this service. (I guess Freon is expensive.) I start to panic because my family is undergoing financial hardships, and whatever money I once had went toward the air conditioner I purchased four years earlier. Thankfully, Tiger works with me on this, and I am grateful. However, they warn me that I will need to have the evaporator coils (???) changed out. EEEK! At this point, I am already $10,000 (plus) into this system, it is only four years old, and it is having major problems. Again, I have no money left, so I'm talking to lawyers, because from what I can understand from Tiger, it's a manufacturing defect, and now I have to pay Tiger tons of money (that I don't have) to fix something that shouldn't even be broken yet. (Warrenty still covered parts, but not labor.) Thankfully, Tiger comes through for me and I refrain from possibly taking legal action against manufacturers. On October 23rd, 2015, the coil gets swapped out. The technician thinks there might still be a leak somewhere, but nothing really comes of it. The parts are covered under warranty, Tiger is kind enough to waive the fee for labor. * * * * * The above gives Tiger five stars. I seriously had no money to pay them. I would have had to get a loan from somewhere. ...but... It is now July 18th, 2016, not even a year has passed since the installation of a new coil, and it is 74* in my house... I have the thermostat set at 70*. The temp coming out of the vents is around 68* - according to my meat thermostat. I have called Tiger, and we have an appointment for tomorrow. I fear that Tiger is going to tell me that I will need a recharged -- or new coils -- and I will have to pay them for service with money I still don't have. I'm praying everything still falls under a warranty. Pray for me, you all. I'll come update after my appointment and let you all know how it went. <3"

"I purchased the $30 promotion for a hour of service. The owner showed up with an employee. They installed the water heater and unclogged the drain in 2 hours. I paid $170 plus the $30 promotion through Angie's List. I saved over $500 compared with the plumber that I had previously planned on using. I had a small connection problem on the water heater. I contacted the owner and he arrived at my house a couple hours later, 8:00 pm. I was completely satisfied and plan on using Froggy's in the future.

"Discouraged in my search for someone to remodel my bathroom, I stopped by the Re-bath facility in Fenton to ask questions. Angie met me at the door and was very pleasant while she explained the process and the product - no high pressure at all. Impressed by what I saw and heard, I scheduled an appointment for an in-home estimate. Linda was my design consultant. She showed up on time and brought all of her samples with her. We had a great time picking out my products (shower/bath, vanity, countertop, flooring, hardware). Linda had fantastic ideas for my space, and measured accurately. A few days later my product was ordered and approximately 4 to 6 weeks later Angie called with an install date. Brendan was my installer. He showed up on time, was very friendly, organized, detailed and neat. He completed the project in 2 1/2 days. He explained the process as he went and made sure I understood how to properly care for my product. He also communicated very well the timeframe of the process as he proceeded. The finished product exceeded my expectations and as a result, I scheduled an appointment with Linda for my second bathroom remodel. Linda did a great job of coordinating the two bathrooms. We selected the same products, but with a variation of colors. Again, Brendan was my installer and did an amazing job. And mind you he had to carry my product up three flights of stairs! If you are considering a bathroom remodel, I encourage you to consider Re-bath. They are professionals that are comparably priced and offer long-term warranties."

"My experience with the Spengler Company was great.  Colby arrived at my house on time and then proceeded to perform the cleaning of my air conditioning unit.  He found that our refrigerant was low so he filled that up.  And he also changed our air filter for FREE!  He then gave me six options to replace the water heater in our home.  It was over 20 years old and had been leaking on the floor.  We selected the second option and he called it in and our water heater was changed out the same day!  WOW.  What service!  We couldn't be happier.

"We had Jones Air & Water come out to install filtration and replace a catalytic core system that we had installed to prevent descaling. In our situation, we had a high volume of Chlorine in the water that you could definitely smell and taste. The catalytic core system, didn't live up to the expectations and we still had to deal with a heavy scale build up noticeable on all of our faucets and with two Rinnai units for on demand hot water that raised concerns about what type of build up we were having on what we couldn't see. Everett came out and was very thorough in testing the water and then explaining a recommended solution. We finally decided on a dual media tank solution that Everett and JD installed that provides us with an efficient way to not only handle the Chlorine issue, but truly conditions the water and we're noticing all of the differences that Everett explained we should see. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."

"We hired Bi-State Electric to run a 20 amp circuit from our house to our new garden shed. This required Scott to hand dig a trench about 25 feet long between the house and shed. He installed a small porch light on the shed and a ceiling fan/light inside with switches to operate both. He also installed a total of 5 outlets at various locations inside the shed.
