"Called them to fix my furnace. Owner came right out and was super nice. He said he be back the next day. 2 weeks goes by with no response to my phone calls or texts. Finally answered and sends a guy out. Couldn't fix it and claimed the part they bought was bad and would get a new one and be out the next day. It's been 4 weeks. I call and voice-mail is full. I text he reads them with no response. My furnace is still in pieces."

Less than three years later, it is pouring water from condensation into my basement, my carpet has been flooded along with drywall. It appears that water is leaking back into the system too, so not sure if There has been damaged done to the actual unit itself yet or not. House only cools to 78 degrees today when it?s 91 out."
