"Mike at Mold One was incredibly helpful. He gave me great information and lined up an appointment quickly for mold remediation. My wife has struggled literally her entire life with being sick and unwell and having chronic headaches and fatigue and poor sleep and mood swings and food allergies and the list goes on. We've been to countless doctors, bought countless supplements, tried several diets, done allergy testing, been to chiropractors, done hormone replacement therapy, etc. We recently found mold in our home and began looking into mold as a possible cause for her poor health. About 2 months after the mold treatment, I was working on replacing my roof. A micro-storm came out of nowhere while I had the roof open and absolutely SOAKED everything. We had water dripping through the light fixtures inside and huge water spots showing all over our ceilings. This was hugely discouraging. After the storm passed, I called Mike and explained the whole thing and asked his advice since now we're a pitri dish for mold. Mike offered to send his guys back out to re-treat our home for free and consider it covered by warranty, even though it would have been easy and obvious to consider this new water damage not covered by warranty.
