"Our tenants called to let me know that the hot water heater was leaking.  I had one plumber come and check out the situation (I do not live in the area) and quoted me a ridiculous amount.  I called Cumberland Plumbing and spoke with the owner, John, who listened to the situation and was able to go by the house to assess the situation and give me an estimate late on a Friday afternoon.  John called me back, told me all of the work that needed to be done - which was more than a typical installation since the water softener was in the way of the hot water heater and would need to be moved out of the way to complete the task.  John moved the existing water softener, installed new hot water heater, moved water softener back into place tested everything and my tenants now have hot water and the hot water heater is no longer leaking.

"The owner and two other helpers arrived on time for the appointment.  In the kitchen, they moved a small table and chairs and the refrigerator, in addition to cleaning the open areas.  The tile in the kitchen and one of my baths is quite old, but they looked great when the job was finished.  I had purchased an Angie's List deal for the cleaning and paid an additional $100.00 to have the grout sealed.  It took about and hour for the job to be completed and then I had to wait about an hour for the floors to completely dry.  I would use this company again and also recommend to friends and family."
