"I called St. Paul Pipeworks on a Friday and they came on Monday to replace my water heater. We discussed a regular water heater vs a tankless one. I decided the regular one was what I wanted. The old water heater was 19 years old so it was starting to go as the water was not heating as well. They came on Monday afternoon, early even, and installed the water heater. They also updated the gas shut off valve to the water heater and the shut off valve to the water line to the ice maker. They were efficient and courteous. I have used St. Paul Pipeworks several times before for other plumbing work."

They claimed that the spout dripping was normal and I had Grohe sent me a new part to be installed. Very disappointing, especially the fact that they did not take ownership of breaking the part and charged me an exorbitant amount for installation.
