He did a fine job He replaced a few feet of plastic water lines with copper pipe and secured it to a piece of wood to hold it tight I had noticed when the washer filled with water the plastic water tubing would jump around. This secured it ! He put in a new faucet. It looks very nice. He got it all done in a timely manner. He was very pleasant and explained what needed to be done and we agreed. "Installation of a new natural gas water heater was done in about 3 hours. He had to come up with a way to have the water heater raised as it sits on a drain pad and the flat surface of the heater bottom would have closed off the drain. The old heater has legs. He used PVC pipe pieces to elevate this new heater. He replaced the gas shutoff valve and the water shutoff valve. The old ones were over 36 years old."

"The plumber was on time for this job and explained what needed to be done. He gave me several options about dealing with the leaky valve because he was able to tighten it so it wouldn't leak; however it was old and would likely need to be replaced sooner rather than later. "I called a few plumbing companies on Angie's List for a rough estimate of the repair cost. A few gave quotes for replacing both the flush valve and the flapper fill valve. A few said they did not do quotes over the phone. Which I understood. After talking to a few of the plumbing companies, I chose Dave Kerr, owner of Twin City Pipeworks. Dave came out and replaced the flush valve gasket. He said the flapper fill valve was still good unless I wanted it replaced he could do that. I stayed with the flapper valve I had. "Once again Vincent outdid himself.  I called Friday because of a very leaking valve in the basement that led to a very leaky outdoor faucet.  At the last minute I added replacing the strainer in our kitchen sink.  Vincent was able to come the very next day, even though it was Saturday, with no extra charge.  He went to Menards for the parts for the sink as it was a non standard setup.  Then he removed the old valve downstairs and replaced it with a new type that is easier to use and does not leak.  This required cutting copper tubing and soldering the new piece in.  Then he replaced some worn parts on the outside faucet, and replaced the kitchen sink strainer making sure the sink would now old water and there were no leaks under the sink.  The very old and hard to access outside faucet is still dripping, but he offered to come back to check on it.  He was trying to repair it without ripping up any walls- but it is 28 years old.
