He was correct - cleaned out the hose, then put the deflector back into the freezer and reattached the kickboard across the front of the refrigerator. He arrived at 2:25 - as he had said he would arrive around 2:30, and left at 3:20. He had the tools he needed. He charged what he had quoted, and he was clean and polite - very efficient and professional. I would recommend him for appliance repairs."
