"I can sum this guy up in one word, Awesome! Craig is knowledgeable, personable, kind, friendly and helpful. We’ve been in our house two years now and the original person caring for the pool was great until he went out of business and sent Shark Pools. Craig came to us when our pool was literally a swamp thanks to Shark Pools and located the problem right away! He’s been to my house so many times in the three weeks he’s been working on our pool that I can’t even count! He’s come to check on it, deliver a new pump and sand, brought HIS Electrition over to check out the wiring because he didn’t like the way the wires were crammed together and sure enough they needed work! , replaced the pump and sand, vacuumed the pool twice not to mention adding all the shock and acid !!! He is a pleasure to be around and treats our pool as if it’s his own!!! We have two Crain statues that used to squirt out water and stopped ( I didn’t even mention it to him) and he’s not only fixing them but he’s resetting them so they’ll look better!!!!! And he noticed the previous owners had landscape lighting placed in an area that wasn’t showing off the pool and said he was going to reroute them for me!!! Craig walks me through every little thing he does and makes me feel as though we are his only customers! Our pool has never looked this good!!! "Able Home Improvements dispatched a very polite, hard-working painter.  He even brought his lunch and ate on site -- taking minimal time to eat and for several short breaks to stretch...We will request his services again.  My only comment for an improvement is:  Able should provide their painters  with extra-large drop cloth to cover a large and avoid having to move a small drop cloth so often..."

"Appointment for Estimate:
This provider told me that she was arriving in 30 minutes to give an estimate. This was during rush hour, and this seemed like a poor estimate. But, I trusted that she knew what she was doing -- it look about 1.5 - 2 hours for her to show up, so I was stuck at home waiting for her.
The Quote:
1.) She didn't quote out a major portion of the job. I had to remind her and she added to this quote. This resulted in extra work on my part.
2.) She didn't provide an estimate as she'd asked. I'd asked her to email an estimate. She said she'd do it the next day. Four days later, nothing. She said that she must have had the wrong email address. I asked her to forward me the email that she'd previously sent but to my correct email address -- I was pretty clear in these directions. But she didn't do this. I think she didn't actually send me the quote. I asked her, and she said that she forget the period in my email. Gmail actually disregards periods. bob.smith@gmail = bobsmith@gmail.  This is evidence that she was lying.
So, this experience + the other reviews led to to pick another fence company.
