"We called the company and were given an appointment for the very next day. We had planned to install one large chimney cap to cover 4 chimney flues on top of our large chimney. We were given the pros and cons of one large cap vs four separate caps along with price estimates. We were advised to go with 4 caps to protect the integrity of our brick chimney. The 4 stainless steel caps were installed that same day. We hadn't planned on getting advice on installing a fireplace insert but, it turned out that the company also sells inserts so we had the fireplace measured and were given good advice on installing an insert. We put off that decision for a later date."

"He checked the furnace & cleaned the ducts in the house and then cleaned the dryer ducts. It has always been a wonderful experience! He moved the short bookshelves to the side for me and cleaned the ducts to get to the cold air return. He is always so pleasant and very fast. They are always as clean as can be. He has someone who works with him. We use them every other year since about 2013. They are friendly and tell you exactly what they are doing. The friendliness and the calling ahead of time to say when they are coming are all wonderful!"
