"I have worked with Jeff Kowalik from Perma Seal for many years. As a Realtor, I have recommended them for all kinds of jobs. The work I have seen them do ranges from filling cracks to drain tile systems to vapor linings and even straightening out a bowed wall on a home. I have a cinder block basement in my home built in 1921. In order to keep moisture and ultimately mold away, Perma Seal installed a vapor barrier, a membrane, around the whole inside of the basement. He was very knowledgeable and gave pros and cons of different options. The quote was priced very fairly. They were able to get us on the schedule quickly. On the day off, the Real Seal technician called me the morning to let me know what time they would be here. The job was done very professionally and they answered all my questions.
