Get matched with top sunroom or patio enclosure builders in Saint Clair, PA

"Everything went smoothly--the window installation, insulation, beadboard, caulking, electrical work. Sunroom looks great, well insulated--can not say enough good things about this company."

"Steve Haley is the only contractor that gave me the true estimate for the job that I asked to be done and he did exactly what we wanted with no extra charges. The sunroom is gorgeous and came out great! We had met with 4 other companies and they said we could only have a sunroom because of our layout with the two roofs coming into one and that our job was too tough to actually take on! Steve said he can do it and that he could give us a beautiful screened in patio and he did get it done in about 7 work days. The screen room is just as I had pictured and he was also very caring, neat and responsive to my calls. Save yourself time and money and call Steve Haley."

"Tom made the entire experience very smooth, I couldn t be happier with their service! He came and gave me a quote on site the same day where as other companies took a day or two, to give me their numbers. Tom is very honest and will not do anything he does not feel isn t necessary! 10/10 Will be recommending to all family and friends!"

"I had Serge and his crew build a studio adjacent to my house. I received 5 quotes and they were the least expensive, used better materials (2 x 6's vs 2 x 4's) and proposed a foundatiom for the hillside project. I am thrilled with the workmanship. We made a number of changes along the way. They wanted to please. I am thrilled."

"I knew it was going to be challenging to find an investor that would lend me money for this real estate venture.  I have lived 20 years in a four unit historic condominium building in downtown Jersey City and I wanted to buy the unit above me as an investment property.  But with Fanny Mae and Freddy Mac rules, they would not give me a loan because I would own half the building and this would give me too much control over condo association decisions.  I checked with Angie's List where Central Lending was well recommended and spoke with Mark, the president of Central Lending, about my situation and that I needed an unconventional loan outside of Fanny Mae and Freddy Mac oversights.  After many disappointments and on the very last day of my contract with the seller, Mark found a lender.  And on the very last day of the window to the loan, it closed.  I cannot thank Mark and his assistant Judy enough for their patience and steadfast of seeing this through.  I cannot tell you the emotional roller-coaster ride I went through during the 4 1/2 month duration.  There were many moments that I wanted to give up but Mark reassured me that the sale would happen.  Without Mark's personal intervention with the lender and title company, this deal would not have closed.   You can be sure that when I am in the market to buy unit #3, I will not hesitate to contact Central Lending.  Thank you so much."

"The project went extremely smooth with no damage to the yard. Bob and his crew were punctual and the cleanup was thorough.I would
highly recommend his companys sevices to anyone needing a shed or gazebo.

"I reached out to the contractor and the communication was excellent! He was able to translate my ideas into an actionable plan and execute the build within the allotted timeframe. During the process, my asks continued to evolve and change and he communicated the impact on the project timelines when necessary. That is more important than many people will realize. As a business, a delay in the timeline can be costly. Historically, my experience with contractors has been hit or miss with more on the miss side. But thankfully that wasn't the case with SCS."

"Excellent, detailed layout of estimate.  Very courteous and friendly.  Gino stayed on top of the process every step of the way.   We are currently undecided as to how we will proceed, but I would not hesitate to use Eco Builder Services for this or other projects, and would definitely recommend Gino to others.  Very easy to work with, always was in touch when he said he would be.  Very dependable."

"We had a great experience with Alpine Contracting. Once the work was started, they were here everyday and we were notified if they weren't going to make it due to supplies being unavailable or the weather. If a problem came up it was corrected quickly and to our liking. I would recomment Alpine Contracting to anyone in need of a general contractor. We were very pleased with the amount of time it took to complete everything and how flexible the workers were with us as homeowners. Ron is absolutely great to work with and exceeded our expectations."
