"I rank Landson Construction #1 in the list of contractors we have hired in our 40 years of home ownership. Ari and his team of subcontractors recently completed a challenging remodel of one of our bathrooms--challenging because it is a very small area with limited space. Their finished job looks better than our separate remodel of a larger bathroom completed by one of the big firms that advertises daily on television. Examples: the tile work in our small shower is exceptional, and the vanity/oversized sink is a perfect match that does not dominate the small room. Ari Erickson (no relation to me) offered selections from his preferred vendors, but we had full latitude to shop on our own for all tile and fixtures. He and his subcontractors kept us fully apprised at all stages of the project, arrived promptly throughout the course of the work, responded promptly to our texts and emails, and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. My highest recommendation: I always seek at least four bids for a major project, but I would forego that process and hire Landson Construction again for future building/remodeling projects, and would encourage friends and family to do the same."

"Ivan installed new vinyl siding and three new windows in our home. When the old fiberboard siding was removed, lots of wood rot and poor insulation were uncovered due to poor workmanship done by the original builder. Ivan fixed all the problems and we are so very happy with the result. Our house looks great and our furnace runs way less since the drafts are gone. Their structural engineers give an honest and professional assessment of the issues and remedies for your house. They supplied me with a detailed 12-page report that was filled with specific instructions for contractors, diagrams and photographs. From Michelle, the friendly and helpful woman at the desk, to the clear and understandable advice given Steven, the licensed professional engineer who worked with me, The Complete Building Solutions Team radiated friendliness, honesty and competence! Several issues were found that were minor. However, one was very important and must be fixed within a year. I firmly believe that hiring them was the best decision about my home that I made in the 24 years that I have owned it. Their advice will likely save me many thousands of dollars!"

"The project went very well. They said they would get the project done in 2 weeks and they delivered on that even with a delay due to the cold weather. They worked over a weekend to ensure the date was hit. The time was important to us as it affected every room in the house. They were very respectful and took good care of our house keeping it clean. They were easy to work with, very professional, and it was made very clear along the way about what change orders were needed and why as some things came up with working on an old house. They were very responsive to our requests and dealing with issues that needed to be fixed. Our bathroom looks amazing and we just couldn't be happier. We will definitely be using Apex on any future home remodeling. Excellent work!"
