"Joe and his company are fantastic. We wanted to replace the toilets in our 3 bathrooms that were 15 years old with new ones having the new flushing technology and taller. Joe met with us to go over the different models and helped my wife pick out the ones she liked in the colors she liked. They installed them in ½ a day and we threw away the plungers. Then recently we bought a new refrigerator. When the installers went to take the old one out the water value would not shut off it just spun in circles. It was just after 5pm and I was desperate, so I tried calling Joe. He answered and said it would be a 5 minute job to replace the value so I wouldn't have to wait another day for the installers to come back. He stopped by on his way home and replaced the value.
