"Install went very smoothly and quickly. The crew was very polite and clean. The only very minor issue was they split the interior molding around the sliding door when removing the old door. They offered to have it replaced but we declined (easy fix). New siding matches very well with the existing 10 year old siding on the rest of the house. New door looks and works great! Very happy with the results. This project was the result of a mistake made on another project being performed at our house by a different contractor. Window World worked with the other contractor's insurance company very well and there were no hiccups in getting everything fixed. All the work was complete within one day! Thanks!

Instead of immediately pushing costly repairs, he carefully inspected our basement and exterior, asked us a number of questions, and believed at least one of our problems stemmed more from a relative humidity issue than a drainage problem. Marc gave us a short list of things to try first, saying that more extensive work could always be done later without compromising the structural integrity of our basement. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
