"Jared was great! He called me the day I requested a quote and came out as soon as possible. He was on time and changed the water heater out by himself. I highly recommend Waterworks Plumbing and Drain"

"I was very pleased with your work performed by Stan and his son. They were on time, professional, and explained everything to me before they left. They went over everything with me to make sure I was happy with their work. I would definitely recommend them and I’ll call them again for all my plumbing needs in the future."

"The customer service was very good. My representative was responsive and efficient."

"Had a leak at the water meter. Very fast response and repair."

"Jared did a great job swapping out the old with the new water heater."

"Stan called the same day I requested a quote. After accepting his quote he arrives the next day. He was delayed on a job but kept me posted as to when he would arrive. After he installed my water line the pvc pipe busted I believe by no faul of his own. He came the same day I called and took care of the problem. Nice job Stan. Thank you!"

"Best plumber I've ever used and I will be recommending his services as he cured my problems and headaches. Thank you Sir for your service"

"They did a great job on the installation of our plumbing services on a tiny home located on our property!"

"I was impressed with Havard's promptness and courtesy. He gave us a reasonable estimate for the water heater and was knowledgeable and professional. He also fixed the toilet problem while he was here, and I was so grateful for that!"

"Responded almost immediately to my initial request. Scheduled appt for later in afternoon but called and came a couple of hours before we had scheduled which was great, (Holiday weekend Friday). He arrived explained what needed to be done, left to pick up supplies. Returned and repaired promptly, however, not as neatly as would expect but no problem. Ask him about another need for my shower, however, due to the holiday all supply shops had closed early so he would call us at beginning of week to take care of needed repair. It's now been 10 days and we have not heard from him. Very disappointing. Initial customer service is great, but lacking on the follow up for additional job. Would recommend for someone who needs something quick."
