They came on time as scheduled for both the quote (which was very fair for the work that needed done) and actual work start date. He explained what he would do and why he would do it a certain way. I had already gotten pointers from a co-worker who told me what to ask and what answers to expect, and Wilmer was right on point with his responses. He arrived on time as scheduled with his crew. They began working prior to me leaving for work. By early afternoon he sent me a text picture of the completed work. I paid him the first half of the money due and he came back the following morning to collect the remainder. It's been more than a year since I've had the patio installed and I love it."
