"I didn't have the time nor confidence of tinkering with this replace/repair (but there are several videos and instructions online for the DIYer at your own risk). Technician arrived early, was professional, engaged, informational, and approachable. The spring/not the labor has a lifetime warranty. Quality rating is N/A because springs have specified operating specs and cycles so it cannot be evaluated at this point. I did not really check too far into other competitors for pricing, but did find one company that was quoted lower, but was not available same-day. The job took a little longer than expected due to an initial mis-judgement on weight of the garage door from the technician. The technician went over with me simple ways to keep the garage system working longer and more efficient.
