"Jim did a great job and left my home Squeaky Clean! We had a water issue and mold in our crawlspace. In a confined area he installed a sump pump and dehumidifier where there wasn't one, So it wasn't easy. Then he completely remediated the mold issue. It's been a week and I already can smell the difference. Jim was very easy to deal with and priced fairly and as expected. I highly recommend Squeaky Clean and Dry for any dampness problems."

Also removed carpet from my family room, a bedroom and pantry and installed luxury vinyl floor planking. They completed the work in 4 days. Total square footage of flooring 1,100 square feet. The new flooring looks amazing!"

"I called Len up on Monday, October 23, 2017 and explained what I thought I needed. He said he would be working near me on Tuesday October 24th and could come and take a look around noon. He showed up right on time and explained the tiles were loose and needed more than re-grouting. He explained that more than likely something was wrong with the floor under the tile. He would know more when he took up the tiles. We agreed upon a price and he said they could do the job Wednesday morning, October 25th. Len and Bill showed up at 8:30 Wednesday morning and when he popped up 3 floor tiles he found that the cement board floor needed to be screwed down better. They secured the floor with the proper screws, re-cemented the tiles, and re-grouted with a matching grout. They also put a sealer in the grout to help protect the floor and keep it clean. They were extremely clean and efficient and completed the job in 3 1/2 hrs. I would definitely use VIP Grout & Tile Concepts again."

"We have never cleaned our house as Debbie had explained to us. She was very detailed in what cleaning products we were to supply as well as what the workers would clean. The ladies (4 of them) arrived on time and spent over 4 hours cleaning the house. They started on the 2nd floor and worked their way down to our front door. The bathrooms were spotless, the ceiling fans and blinds were dust free and the kitchen cabinets had a nice, clean shine to them (to mention a few of the tasks done). I look forward to the next DEEP CLEANING next year and would highly recommend them!"
