Corey W (H) was the tech that came out to the house and troubleshooted/resolved the problem (leaking refrigerant). He also advised on probability of future repairs. Sadly, the unit performed well for only a short time before failing. It was time to consider my options. Repairs were becoming more frequent and costly. Tyler (H System Designer) visited and walked around my house inspecting my current HVAC system. We discussed repairing or replacing my ailing AC unit. Was able to get a new system installed within a week (our other system had a cracked heat exchanger & found out at 17 years old & having the old R22 refrigerant, it was time to replace). Friendly, professional, great customer service, loved that they had several different finance options for me and gave me several options to choose from in the price range I was looking for, so I didn't have to worry about getting something I couldn't afford. I have ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINT about the men who came to actually perform the service.  They were thorough and careful and did a beautiful job.

• The low marks for responsiveness and punctuality apply to the organizational setup of the company:
 

Unlike most services through Angie's List, they never contacted us either directly or through Angie's List.  I had to call them.

• Then they did not show up on the scheduled day.  When I called them, they had no record of our appointment.
• I set up a new appointment for two days later and was assured that they would be here, first appointment of the day.  They did not show.
• When I called them back, I was told that they couldn't come on a rainy day.  (Note that they had not called to say this.)  I questioned this, and they said they'd be here within the hour.  They did not show.
• I called back and talked to someone who appeared to have no knowledge of my previous call.  Finally, about three hours after the time agreed on for today, the men did arrive, and as stated above, they did an excellent job.

The B for professionalism is a composite grade, as is the overall grade.  The window cleaners were highly professional.  The professional structure of the company needs a lot of work.

"Easy to get an appointment and readily took care of installing 10 new smoke detectors. Wore a mask and was friendly and professional. Would hire again. Time of arrival delayed due to vehicle issues (which I know you can't plan for) so service was not at the time I had planned but I made it work. Promptly notified me of the delay and worked with my schedule for later that same day. I would use again."
