I now have peace of mind knowing that I no longer have to monitor weather forecasts for rain or have to clean up anymore incoming water. American Crawlspaces uses an injection method, which we have found in the past to be superior to fixing seepage in our prior home. They do offer a lifetime warranty for work, but since the basement was finished and had metal studs and a gas line affixed to the foundation wall, they couldn't offer the warranty due to those intrusions. But, they did offer a return trip if there was future seepage, which is fine by me as the repair is solid. <br> <br>"
