"The young lady was very friendly on the phone and didn?t try to push us. The technician was right on time, and took his time looking over the whole door and opener. We needed a few repairs that we weren?t expecting, but I?m very glad he caught. It might?ve broken within a month if we hadn?t fixed all of the issues. "Our review is long overdue. For 2 years we have received flawless service from our garage door installed by Sonny & Sons. In April 2024 we met with several Jacksonville franchises. Received bids for thousands of dollars to install a fully insulated garage door. We were not satisfied and met with a local business owner- Sonny & Sons. He was honest, professional and took time to explain and answer our questions. His bid was lower than the big franchises. His installation of our new garage door was seamless. We no longer suffer from heat in the summer.. The garage stays tight with a mild temperature and no rain water coming in during summer storms. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend Sonny & Son’s."
