Where tempered glass is presently required by building code (it wasnâ t when we built) weâ re now up to code. Ask me if I miss our old deteriorating and drafty double-hung wooden windows. Curb appeal of a house is always a subjective matter, but we noticed an improvement that was greater than we had anticipated. With in 2 days I had a brand new roof and no clean up on my part. These men are professional and hard working."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
