"Great communicators, the project manager kept me in the loop during the process of repairing my roof. They were timely with their repairs and kept their word on pricing"

"My wife and I are very pleased with our whole-house installation of Marvin Infinity windows. We selected Marvin on the basis of reputation and our confidence in Bordner following replacement of our roof several years ago. The installation was first rate, and weâ d like to give a special shout-out to Brian and Henry. They are skilled craftsmen and were responsive to our questions and the occasional special request. Weâ d welcome them back any day. The whole interior of the house has now become brighter and the rooms seem larger. As you know and we now appreciate, the windows are quickly and easily cleaned entirely from the inside. Where tempered glass is presently required by building code (it wasnâ t when we built) weâ re now up to code. I look forward to month-to-month comparisons of energy usage with the Marvin windows based on both their energy efficiency and weathertight seal. Ask me if I miss our old deteriorating and drafty double-hung wooden windows. Curb appeal of a house is always a subjective matter, but we noticed an improvement that was greater than we had anticipated. The finished installation fits in perfectly with our homeâ s architecture and adds a rich finishing touch. A substantial portion of the projectâ s cost will undoubtedly be recouped at resale time. In the meantime, weâ ll enjoy the results for years to come."

"Leak was fixed. They had a minimum charge, so they inspected and sealed other areas of the roof and repaired all the flashing."

"Contractor left a large paint sprayer in our garage for 4 months while the house was rented by vacationing guests. (the house is a vacation rental home.)  I had to point out to contractor that they painted over a fungus that was growing on house siding, instead of properly cleaning/removing this prior to painting.  They painted over the lights on the exterior of the house instead of removing prior to painting. Contract stated that soffit vents were to be installed on both sides of the house.  Contractor only installed soffit vents on one side of the house and did not inform me of this.  I paid contractor in full ($14,258.00) and found out later that the soffit vents were not installed on both sides of house.  December 7, 2015, I informed contractor I wanted him to install the missing soffit vents and needed the roof warranty paperwork.  Contractor told me he would send me the paperwork for the roof warranty. We still have not received the roof warranty. Jan 6, 2016 he responded to my request saying he would install the missing soffit vents, he still has not completed the work.  I have not heard from him since and have not received the roof warranty.  His phone has been disconected, voice mailboxes are full on other phone lines he has. We have texted, emailed and called he refuses to return any form of contact.  We have been forced to contact the roofing supplier ourselves in an attempt to obtain our rightfull warranty. We are not sure if they will be able to link the contractor to our roof. Plus our contract included a 10 year warranty on the workmanship and the company won't even respond to our requests to just finish the job they were paid for. I can only imagine trying to get them to stand by their workmanship warranty.

"I had some siding repair work that needed to be done. Mike and his crew did a great job. I would definitely recommend them to for any siding project."

"Excellent! Bill with Concept Renovations LLC did an excellent job on the complete ceiling replacement in our attic bedroom, and we fully recommend Concept Renovations LLC. We will be contacting his team again for any future needs. Bill responded promptly within a packed schedule, set up a walkthrough ASAP, and helpfully answered all of our questions with patience and detail, including an outline of the project’s steps within the quote. As first-time homeowners, hiring for our first major project (having received several quotes previously), working with Bill was a huge relief: We’d been told by other contractors that we’d have to hire multiple teams to handle each step of the renovation, but after Bill reviewed the plan, he tackled all items competently, completely, and promptly, above and beyond our satisfaction. (I myself had worked drywall construction for a few years, with a comprehensive team that handled all steps as well; this project was beyond my personal scope, but we’d known it was possible for a pro to handle all aspects. Thankfully we found Bill to do exactly that!) Absolutely professional-quality work. We’re able to look up at our gorgeous new drywall ceiling, (replacing the decades-old material that had literally been falling down around us!) and sleep in peace knowing our family is safe in our home. Thank you Bill with Concept Renovations LLC."

"When I bought my house in 2010 it needed a new roof due to existing shingles not being durable enough for he climate they were in. Brian and his crew were prompt about arrival and work done. With in 2 days I had a brand new roof and no clean up on my part. These men are professional and hard working."

"Excellent problem solving skills for the water issues that I had not anticipated as a roof leak and gutter issue. Very professional and knowledgeable!"

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
