"LCD readout on the heater did not work and hence I never knew what temp the heater was trying to reach. Paul offered me the option of a used part at half price or a brand new one at regular price. I now can set the temp of the water without guessing, and don't have to turn the heater off when the water becomes too warm. Visiting family is happy.
I asked Paul about the pool pump as well. He gave me advice on when to replace it, but did not try to find more work himself, or expense for me.

"We had just bought a house in the area and needed the pool to be resurfaced and a new deck installed. They accomplished the job quickly and efficiently. The results were amazing. It looks like a completely different pool. And since I hadn't touched a pool in over 20 years, they were nice enough to guide me through some tips and tricks for the first time maintenance as well as ongoing maintenance.
