I wouldn't recommend another company to do pavers, concrete, or landscaping work. The attention to detail was absolutely amazing! They transformed the front and the back of my home with beautiful pavers, hand cutting each piece and laying each one of them so symmetrically. I've had at least half a dozen neighbors stop in to see their work and ask for a business card! And the clean up...my goodness. Each day they wrapped up everything, put tools away, and keep everything so tidy and clean. I really appreciated that. No mud and dirt everywhere...it was incredible! During my consult, I shared my vision with Jose and his team created the design for the back patio, the walkway, and a new front porch. I trusted his expertise and wow - it is so beautiful. "My husband and I came across 7th State Builders online. Eddie came out to our home for our initial consultation. He was punctual and professional. He listened to our vision and took the time to draw out a plan and explain the process. He was very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions. We decided to do a big project at our home. For the back: a rebuild and waterproofing of our previous deck and a large patio to go underneath it with a fire pit and sitting wall. The front of our house needed some repairs so we had them redo our sidewalk in the same patio pavers from the back. The whole area in front of our garage was cut out and they put in new concrete and leveled it out. They rerouted our gutters to prevent flooding as the previous design was doing damage to our foundation. The owner, Chase, was very hands on and kept us updated the whole time. He frequently made sure we were happy with the way things were going. The whole team made this project an enjoyable experience. Iâ ll admit, my husband and I can sometimes be difficult people to please-But wow!! They really knocked it out of the park for us! 7th Stateâ s precision and talent is unmatched. You are truly working with people that know what they are doing and they are the best at what they are doing. Communication from start to finish was consistent and open. They were very patient with our ideas and they added to our vision in ways we didnâ t think was possible. The whole crew was professional and extremely hardworking. "I've used Sharper Cut to develop the gardens in front of the house, terrace the front garden for a level field for the trees, bushes, plants and water fountain, and build out the back garden to include and expanded patio and fishpond with waterfall. Their work is superior...and helps give the house a more inviting exterior view to family and guests. I'd recommend them for any project great or small...and they can tailor the project for future growth based on your budget! The winter refresh and clean up went exceptionally well...as their work always provides!"

"They were fine. The guy came out, explained the problem with the drainage with the water running down with the mud accumulating on the patio and it's a hard rain. He suggested this rock thing. So, what he did was came in, and they went ahead and dug up the lawn on the far side where the water was running down. They put down the black stuff that you decorate in place with a very large stone. They put the rose bed in the back."

"The guys at All Ready Finished did a great job removing a raised flower bed and leveling out our backyard in order to pour a concrete patio. During the leveling out phase, they found that the previous owners had been hiding stumps under the raised flower bed. One quick call later, we had someone there with a stump grinder taking out the troubling stumps. The crew was here from dawn till dusk and made sure everything was done prior to them rolling out for the day. I couldn't have been any happier and their price was spot on. I would use them again in a heart beat. I strongly recommend this crew. <br />"

"Had a 5 foot long crack in my poured-concrete basement wall. It was not leaking, but I wanted to have it sealed regardless. Alek came on a Saturday, gave me his estimate, and then repaired the wall. He was very forthcoming by explaining that the repair was not absolutely necessary if there was no leakage, but I wanted it sealed anyway. He did a top rate job and I would not hesitate to use his services again."

"Stoneman Landscaping was fantastic. I got quotes from five different contractors. The other four contractors kept telling me that certain parts of the job were going to be overly difficult and prohibitively expensive and priced out different, cheaper options. The folks at Stoneman came in, listened to what I wanted, and sent me a quote that beat everyone else’s prices by a good margin. I was a little nervous that maybe they’d cut corners but I kept asking questions and they kept answering them to my satisfaction so I went with them. They finished my project in two days. They built a 35-foot privacy fence along the back of my property, a 12x12 cement patio in the backyard, laid sod down on a 35x35 area, and repaired a slate retaining wall that fell into disrepair several years after a local, reputable landscaping company put it up. They did fantastic job! Quality construction all around with no corners cut. There were also an incredibly professional organization. The other contractors were all late to come by for estimates, took a while to get quotes back, etc. Stoneman was at my house promptly at the time agreed upon, got me a quote within a couple of days, didn’t complain when I asked for more time before I made a position, and had a team at my house less than two weeks after I signed the contract. I am very happy that I went with Stoneman and I’ve already recommended them to all of my friends. I'm including before, during, and after shots of their work."
